ADMISSION NOTICE FOR CLASSES ONE TO NINE FOR 2012- 2013

Admission in Classes 1 - 9 will be opened only for the Defence Category. Due to the limited number of vacancies, admission is not being opened to the General Category. However, the General Category Candidates may submit their applications with the photocopy of their final report card and parents’ details. In case, vacancies arise in future, you may be intimated accordingly.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE ONLY FOR THE SERVING DEFENCE PERSONNELS’ WARDS

There will be a limited number of vacancies in classes 1 – 9 for the session 2012-2013. Students will be admitted in these classes on the basis of the availability of seats and on the merit of the entrance exam results. Admission is open to both boys and girls in Classes One to Eight. Only Boys will be entertained for Classes Nine upwards.

Entrance exam in Mathematics and English Language of previous class will be held on Thursday, 15th March, 2012 at 2 p.m.

Please note that ALL DEFENCE PERSONNELS’ WARDS will be eligible for this entrance exam. However, priority will be given to those who have been posted to Delhi recently during the last academic session.

You may collect the Preliminary Information forms according to the following schedule. The forms must be collected by one of the parent. In case, if the Defence Personnel is not in station, an authority letter must be given to the person who may be deputed to collect the forms on his / her behalf. Please note that the forms will not be given without the authority letter:

Please submit the following documents with the forms:

•A letter from the competent authority in your office stating the date of your posting in Delhi.
•Last Report Card of your ward (if final term report card is not available, then the First & Second Term Report Cards must be attached).
•2 Passport size photos of your ward.
